Dr. Eisele is a licensed clinical psychologist with over six years of experience in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University and completed her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at George Fox University, a program known for its emphasis on the integration of faith and psychology.
Dr. Eisele completed both her pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she had the honor of serving our nation’s veterans. Her clinical work focuses on supporting adults across all stages of life who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, and a search for deeper meaning and purpose. She is supportive of those seeking a welcoming space for their faith as they seek help with their mental health symptoms.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, primarily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Dr. Eisele works collaboratively with clients to foster a strong therapeutic alliance—one that provides both space for emotional processing and guidance in developing new insights and skills. She incorporates a trauma-informed lens and is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a 12-week, evidence-based treatment designed to address symptoms of PTSD stemming from combat trauma, military sexual trauma, childhood abuse, and other life-altering experiences.
Outside her clinic work, Dr. Eisele finds joy in her faith, quality time with family, gardening, and embracing outdoor adventures.
